Louie Gratz

Founder and CEO

A technology leader at the forefront of cloud, on-premises, cybersecurity, AI, and strategic planning —powering Entice’s advancements and delivering impactful solutions to clients.

Louie has been immersed in IT since the early days of desktop computing, with hands-on experience dating back to the TI-99 and Commodore 64. He launched his professional career in 1996 as a desktop technician and, within three years, was leading IT for a 350-person firm. In 2001, he founded Entice Technology in Denver, building it from the ground up through referrals and a reputation for getting things done right the first time.

In addition to IT, Louie has a strong background in skilled trades, which helped sustain him during Entice’s early days. He’s known for his precision, reliability, and a sharp instinct for technology—quick to see through smoke and mirrors, and focused on what actually works for the client.

Outside of work, Louie recharges in the outdoors with his border collie, whether he’s rafting, cross-country skiing, or playing Clawhammer banjo by a campfire. He also enjoys sailing—though his freshwater boat hasn’t always stayed afloat. Louie spent part of his childhood in Japan, a formative experience that still shapes his worldview today.

Dustin Wendling

Chief Information Officer and IT Consultant

Dedicated to helping clients and leadership teams succeed, Dustin turns complex technology into clear business value—through innovation, empathy, and strategic execution.

A seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience across IT, business strategy, big-data analytics, and AI integration, Dustin has guided organizations—from startups to global firms—in transforming complexity into scalable, profitable outcomes.

Formerly a Project Manager turned CIO, he brings a unique blend of operational insight and visionary leadership. He specializes in aligning technology with business goals, empowering C-suite teams through data-driven decision-making, digital transformation, and systems built for long-term growth.

Approachable and strategic, Dustin thrives at the intersection of people and technology—designing solutions that are as forward-thinking as they are human-centered. He’s known for translating complexity into clarity, bridging IT and business strategy in ways that drive real impact.

His innovation philosophy is grounded in empathy—integrating AI and automation while respecting human context, privacy, and purpose-driven results that scale across communities and industries.

Based in Colorado, Dustin enjoys hiking the Rockies, brewing craft beer, exploring music, and spending time with his wife and two daughters—embracing a life fueled by curiosity, creativity, and connection.

Luke Barton

Luke has been passionate about technology for as long as he can remember. He launched his IT career at just 17, supporting Windows 98 systems for Dell—and hasn’t looked back since. With over two decades of hands-on experience across nearly every role in the industry, Luke brings a deep well of knowledge and a calm, friendly approach to every client interaction.

He’s known for delivering top-tier support with clarity, confidence, and a touch of humor, always focused on what works best for the client.

Outside of work, Luke is a dedicated gamer, an enthusiastic BBQ aficionado, and a proud dog dad to his Corgi. He enjoys biking, camping, and anything that blends tech, nature, and great food.

Justin Eberle

IT Consultant

Dedicated as the go-to for solving real-world IT challenges—bringing decades of experience, sharp troubleshooting instincts, a no-nonsense approach, and a creative spark to every client interaction.

A Colorado native, Justin has worked in the IT field since 1997—with roots that go even deeper, back to programming in BASIC on the Atari 400. He taught early HTML at Arizona State, helped build websites from the backwoods of Alaska via dial-up, and has since worn many hats: software engineer, network technician, data recovery specialist, and small business owner.

Justin brings a curious mind and a creative approach to problem-solving. Whether it’s rescuing data, building systems, or simplifying the complex, he thrives on making technology work in the real world. He’s also a lifelong musician and occasional guitar builder, blending technical precision with artistic flair.

When he’s not behind a screen, you’ll find him rafting, biking, gardening with enthusiasm (if not always a plan), or dancing unreasonably at live shows. He’s a firm believer in learning by doing—and having a little fun along the way.

Ivan Diaz

IT Professional Services Consultant

Dedicated to ensuring rapid and effective resolution of client issues, leading the customer support team.

Ivan is dedicated to bridging business needs with technical solutions—delivering scalable, sustainable outcomes through business process management, digital transformation, and high-quality service delivery.

With over two decades of experience in enterprise architecture and BPM platforms such as Bizagi, BizFlow, and IBM BPM, Ivan has led successful projects across finance, telecom, and government sectors. Based in Mexico City, he combines deep technical knowledge with a sharp analytical mindset—making him a trusted advisor in both strategy and execution.

In addition to architecting enterprise-grade solutions, Ivan plays a key role in service desk delivery, ensuring clients receive reliable, responsive support that aligns with operational goals and service-level expectations.

He is known for his precision, calm leadership, and ability to align complex systems with business value—driving forward digital transformation while staying grounded in day-to-day service excellence.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys exploring emerging technologies, mentoring up-and-coming professionals, and actively contributing to the BPM community. A lifelong Star Wars fan, he draws inspiration from timeless storytelling—and treasures time with his family, especially his granddaughter, who keeps his world bright.
